Your Support Will Reestablish New Habitats for Local Wildlife!
Because of donors like you, the Teaneck Creek Conservancy can continue improving our local ecology. Each gift will buy native plants, such as River Birch, Swamp Milkweed, and Virginia Blue Bells for the new garden surrounding Teaneck Creek Conservancy's Peace Labyrinth! Support a greener future, locally this Earth Day.
This spring, we’re adding the second tier of native plants to the Peace Labyrinth. In 2023, we began a new garden to encompass the heart of our park. Your donation will provide shelter and food for our local wildlife, while creating a natural living barrier to reduce traffic sounds. Further, it will decrease soil loss and provide a wealth of colors and scents for visitors. We’ll use carefully selected native plants that will thrive at the heart of our park.
While we were able to successfully add the second tier of plants, we were not able to fully fund the project. Donations today will continue to help us pay for the new plants and are greatly appreciated.
You can review our support packages online for $50 - $500 or choose our donate-what-you-can option to join the initiative.
Every dollar goes towards the work and mission of Teaneck Creek Conservancy.
